  3. Hi...I was wowed wen I saw ur hair on Kinky apothecary blog ystadai! Omg! Ow did u grow ur hair soo long! I 1t! Lol. Well I cut my hair last year oct n decided 2 go natural, so far it's about 4-5inches long now. I jst av a hard tym getting it curly! And d few tyms it does get curly d front does not, any suggestions pls? Plus wat products do u use! By the way, I bookmarked ur blog! I'll defly b visting here evry tym.

      Well, to answer your curl question, I do feel it necessary to point out the glaring obvious point that textures vary, so don't force your hair to do something it naturally can't.

      Also, sometimes, your curl might not come in all the way until you gain some more length, just because your curl diameter might be bigger, and you might need some more length for it to make an entire revolution (curl). I hope that makes sense.

      As for products, have you tried the Ecostyler Gels or Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing smoothie, Shea Butter Miracle Bouncing Curls cream, Cantu Shea Butter Leave in Conditioner... stuff like that? There's a ton out there for us! :-)
