By the end of the 4th day, the back of my hair had swollen at my roots, even though, the curls at the ends were still intact.

I'm due again for a serious detangle and deep conditioning, and I'm currently revisiting my comb-less method of yore-to tackle the lion's mane.

I dread the process; no shame here, but I always feel deeply satisfied once the task is done. I gained so much length when it (finger detangling) used to be my sole detangling method, because it decreased my splits and breakage.
I will probably post a pic or two of my process on Instagram; so again, if you're not following yet o...
